Nominating Committee

   

The Nominating Committee shall consist of the Board Chairman and two members elected by the General Meeting pursuant to Article 7 of the Articles of Association.


The members who are elected by the General Meeting have a term of office of two years. A new committee was elected by the Annual General Meeting in 2007 and consists of:

  • Jan-Fredrik Wilhelmsen (Chairman of the Nominating Committee)
  • Bente Rahte
  • Ib Kunøe (Board Chairman)
