Transition to IFRS
Atea will be reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from January 1, 2005.
The enclosed document presents the restated balance sheet as of 1 January 2004 and 31 December 2004, in addition to restated results for 2004 related to the conversion from Norwegian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (NGAAP) to IFRS. In 2005 the comparative IFRS figures for 2004 will be presented.
