Ementor Norge signs agreement to acquire Tre65

(Norway) Ementor Norge AS has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the infrastructure company Tre65 AS for MNOK 111 (enterprise value). Tre65 is a leading server and storage company with a revenue of MNOK 180 and an operating result of MNOK 20 in 2006. The company has 30 employees, all located at Bryn in Oslo.

”Tre65 has had a profitable growth through a number of years and we expect this to continue also in 2007, where Ementor estimates a revenue of MNOK 220 and a profit of MNOK 23 after tax,” says Steinar Sønsteby, Managing Director of Ementor Norge AS.
 
Through this transaction Ementor and Tre65 are creating a unique offering and platform of expertise within server consolidation and storage solutions. The shares are sold by the executive employees of Tre65. The employees are looking forward to becoming part of an expanding and ambitious Nordic IT company, and will contribute to further development of the offering within high-end data room solutions.

Tre65 is recognised as a leading supplier of high-end solution environments. Tre65 will remain a separate company for 2007, and will subsequently be integrated into Ementor’s organization at Bryn in Oslo.
