Atea Finland has in 2007 realised revenue of MNOK 1 452.3 and EBIT of MNOK 7.9, which is improved from MNOK -36.3 in 2006.
Dan Högström joined Atea Finland Oy in 2005. “My objective was to build a profitable and efficient IT infrastructure operation after challenging years. These objectives are achieved and therefore the timing for a change in management is perfect. New Managing Director in Atea Finland will be Juha Sihvonen (40), who comes from a position as Senior Vice President and Deputy CEO in SYSPENDIGIA PLC with 1200 employees. He has previous experience from Sentera PLC as CEO and Sales & Marketing director, Computer Associates as Sales manager and Industri-Matematik International as Country manager and Sales manager for Finland.
CEO of Ementor Claus Hougesen says: “I am looking forward to work with Juha Sihvonen, who is an experienced leader with a strong and target oriented sales profile which I am sure will enable us to exploit the growth opportunities in the Finnish IT infrastructure market”.
Juha Sihvonen is expected to start as of May 1, 2008.
A share option agreement has been made with the Managing Director of Atea Finland Juha Sihvonen, where he is given the opportunity to earn up to 150,000 options to acquire Ementor ASA shares. A similar agreement has been made with CEO of Sonex Group Arunas Bartusevicius, where he is given the opportunity to earn up to 100,000 options. The price per share is NOK 32.40. The options are earned in 3 installments with 1/3 in 2008, 2009 and 2010 each, and the options must be exercised latest May 31, 2011.
