“Atea understood this,” says Susa Niemelä, IT Manager of Rinta-Joupin Autoliike. “They had the right attitude about customer service, right from the start of this project.” Together, they chose the Atea 365 Complete solution for Rinta-Joupin Autoliike. This enabled the full implementation of Microsoft’s easy-to-use cloud services all under one contract. Phone-based meetings were replaced with Skype conferences. And information management within the company was revolutionized using OneDrive and SharePoint.

“Cloud services facilitate the information flow and management in a concrete way,” Niemelä says. That’s an important benefit for a company whose work is spread across 16 branches.

A sense of continuity

IT solutions can only take root when there is steadiness in how they are implemented. Atea worked closely with the team at Rinta-Joupin Autoliike to ensure that their 365 Complete solution was rolled out smoothly—stage by stage, carefully documented.
