Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated April 27, 2023 regarding a new loan agreement with the European Investment Bank.
The EUR 50 million loan to Atea ASA has been converted into Norwegian krone and will be disbursed in one tranche. The final loan is for NOK 588.1 million, based on the exchange rate on May 2, 2023.
The loan has a six-year term and is unsecured. The disbursement date for the loan is scheduled for May 15, 2023. The repayment date of the loan is May 15, 2029. The interest on the loan is floating rate 6M NIBOR + 1.148%
