Atea has established a Compliance organization with officers in each country, and a Head of Group CSR. The Compliance organization reports directly to the Board of Directors, and conducts compliance surveys at least quarterly
Atea has updated its Code of Conduct. All employees are required to complete an examination on the Code of Conduct, and to sign an agreement to abide by its contents.
Atea is running a comprehensive review of compliance monitoring and procedures, with Deloitte as advisers.
Following an investigation into potential bribery in its Danish subsidiary, Atea has undertaken a self-cleaning process in accordance with EU law. A summary of the process is found here.
