Atea's policy is to distribute approximately 70-100 percent of net profit (after tax) to shareholders in the form of a dividend.
On April 29, 2025 a dividend of NOK 7.00 per share was approved at the Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be split into two equal payments of NOK 3.50, which will take place in May and November 2025.
In 2024 Atea paid a dividend of NOK 7.00 per share representing a payout of over 97% of net profit (after tax) in 2023. This was based on the number of shares outstanding on the AGM date.
