Grant of share options to primary insiders in Atea ASA

On 8 April 2024, key employees in the Atea Group were granted share options in Atea ASA.

The following primary insiders were granted options (in alphabetic order, by last name):

Arunas Bartusevicius (Managing Director, Atea Baltics) has been granted 70,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Arunas Bartusevicius holds 170,290 shares, 280,000 options and 48 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Kathrine Forsberg (Managing Director, Atea Denmark) has been granted 100,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Kathrine Forsberg holds 90 shares, 340,000 options and 45 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Robert Giori (CFO, Atea Group) has been granted 125,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Robert Giori and close associates hold 126,870 shares, 600,000 options and 42 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Carl-Johan Hultenheim (Managing Director, Atea Sweden) has been granted 150,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Carl-Johan Hultenheim holds 14,083 shares, 725,000 options and 42 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Ole Petter Saxrud (Managing Director, Atea Norway) has been granted 100,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Ole Petter Saxrud holds 1,583 shares, 285,000 options and 42 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Juha Sihvonen (Managing Director, Atea Finland) has been granted 100,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Juha Sihvonen holds 96 shares, 470,000 options and 48 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Steinar Sønsteby (Chief Executive Officer, Atea Group) has been granted 225,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Steinar Sønsteby holds 125,083 shares, 1,350,000 options and 42 RSUs in Atea ASA.

Linus Wallin (Managing Director, Atea Sweden) has been granted 100,000 options vesting on December 15, 2027. Following the grant, Linus Wallin holds 83 shares, 370,000 options and 42 RSUs in Atea ASA.

The options have a strike price of NOK 129.10 and expire on December 15, 2028.
