The company publishes its annual financial statements in European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this release.
Compared to the Financial report for Q4 2022 published on 9 February 2023, the tax expense has increased by NOK 3 million due to a correction related to temporary differences on intangible assets. Deferred tax liability has increased with NOK 26 mill and retained earnings reduced with same amount as this is related to prior year misstatements recognized in the opening balance as at 1 January 2021.
